Lease Packages:

Tier 1- Incubator Business or Hobby Cook

$450/Month

This includes 12 hours of kitchen use every month.

Tier 2- Active Chef, Truck and Trailer Prep

$750/Month

This includes 24 hours of kitchen use every month and members may attend educational classes throughout the month.

Tier 3- Fulltime Caterer, Truck or Trailer Business

$1100/Month

This includes 36 hours of kitchen use every month and members may attend educational classes throughout the month. This tier also includes one ServSafe test code credit and a dry storage unit rental.

Members can go to a higher tier during a 12-month lease but cannot go to a lower tier during the 12-month lease. 

A la Carte!

  • Cost of hours used over your tier package: $43.75/Hour.
  • Rental of Dry Storage Unit: $75/Month
  • Educational Classes (not including ServSafe): $150/Each
  • ServSafe classes for New Certifications: $185/Each
  • ServSafe Recertifications: $50/Each
